Fanosi owns 100 % of Seven Connexion.
Seven Connexion is a level 1 B-BBEE organization that focuses on IT consulting, development, and innovation.
The entity’s core expertise covers areas of cloud computing, smart mining, egovernment, social computing, Internet of Things and Blockchain Technologies, which is delivered by a mix of highly skilled system architects, software engineers and researchers. It has partnerships with Vodafone, H3C, Huawei and other global players

Rail and Port Infrastructure Development

Project Management and Consulting

Fanosi Holding owns 100% of Fanosi Rail. Fanosi Rail is retained by major South African mining companies as project management and transaction advisors on rail and port infrastructure development.
Fanosi owns a significant interest in Eskourt Intermodal Terminal (EIT), a largest privately owned Transnet recognised back of port container terminal operation. It is the only multi-mode freight terminal and logistics park that is situated in Escourt – the junction of the N3 and Container Corridor route.

Kalagadi Palladium Platinum Project (KALPRATS)

Fanosi owns 30% of Kalplats, a joint venture between Fanosi and a Canadian listed resource exploration company, Glacier Lake Resources. KalPlats is an advanced exploration project with historic mineral resource estimate from 2014, including a 3E (Platinum, Palladium, Gold) grade.
Fanosi owns minority interest in Umbono Resources and provides business development advisory consultancy in all its projects in South Africa. Those projects includes Zinc mining right in Northwest, coal mining project in Waterberg in Limpopo, Nickel project in Mokopane, in Limpopo and LNG (Sunbird) gas field exploration project in the West coast, South Africa
